Create an Automated Time Greeter application in Python using system time libraries to process
automated tracking logs.
Requirements
1. Inside the application, import the built-in datetime module to capture dynamic hourly timestamp values directly within a structural loop.
2. The application will process discrete simulation target configurations inside a test list instead of using blocked dynamic prompts.
3. Run a continuous loop structure to iterate over each time interval metric sequentially until the array boundaries are exhausted.

3. Monitor runtime parsing flows to generate fallback default state strings if out-of-range
numerical sequences pass.
